Frequently Asked Questions About Plant Rentals
Delivery, installation, pickup, planning and event logistics
Find practical answers about our Nashville plant rentals. If your event has a unique venue schedule, location or design need, send the details through the quote form and our team will help.
What is included with a plant rental?
A plant rental can include the selected live plants, decorative pots or planters, moss or another finishing material, delivery, professional setup and installation, and post-event pickup. We can help assemble the combination that works best for the venue, event design and budget.
Do your rentals include delivery, installation and pickup?
Yes. Our team handles all three. We deliver the plants and planters to the venue, install and position them for the event, and return afterward to pick everything up.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area includes Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro and communities throughout Middle Tennessee. We are also willing to travel beyond Middle Tennessee for the right project. Contact us with the event location and details so we can determine what is possible.
Can plants be rented for a single-day event?
Absolutely. The plants can arrive for the event, make the room look great, and leave again after the guests do. Single-day rentals are common for corporate events, trade shows, weddings and private events.
How far in advance should we reserve plants?
It depends on the size and complexity of the order. A large trade show installation or multi-booth program generally requires more advance notice. A smaller event may sometimes be accommodated with only a few days’ notice. Earlier is always helpful, but it is still worth asking when the timeline is short.
Can we rent plants for a trade show or convention booth?
Yes. We provide plant rentals for individual trade show exhibitors, booths, product displays, lounges, registration areas and other convention spaces. Plants can soften booth structures, add height and texture, help define an area, and make an exhibit feel more welcoming.
Do you provide plants for entire trade show floors or multiple exhibitor booths?
Yes. We can support anything from a single exhibitor booth to coordinated multi-booth programs and large plant installations across an entire trade show floor. For large programs, we work with the organizer, decorator, exhibitor teams and venue schedule to plan delivery, placement and pickup.
Can you provide plants for corporate conferences, hotel events and registration areas?
Yes. Our Nashville corporate event plant rentals are used for conferences, general sessions, stages, registration areas, hospitality lounges, receptions, brand activations, awards events and hotel meeting spaces. We can provide anything from a few carefully placed plants to a large coordinated installation.
Do you provide plants for weddings and wedding receptions?
Yes. We provide live plants and greenery for ceremonies and receptions, entrances, bars, lounges, stages, tents, dance floors and other wedding spaces. Plant rentals can become a major design element or simply add natural texture around the existing floral décor.
Can you coordinate with our florist, event planner, rental company or production company?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with florists, planners, designers, production teams, rental companies and hotel staff. We are very familiar with collaborative event installations and venue load-in requirements.
Do you provide decorative pots and planters?
Yes. We have a wide variety of pots and decorative planters in different sizes and styles. We can help pair plants and planters to suit the event design, venue and intended placement.
Can the planters or displays incorporate company branding?
Yes. Branding options may be available depending on the planters, project, timeline and intended use. Ask us about the event and branding requirements so we can recommend an appropriate approach.
Can you install overnight or during a restricted venue load-in window?
Yes. We are very accustomed to overnight installations, narrow load-in windows and venue-controlled schedules. We coordinate the installation plan around the event timeline and the venue’s access requirements.
How soon after an event do you remove the plants?
We normally try to arrive approximately 15 to 30 minutes after the event ends. We are flexible, however, and can coordinate pickup around guest departure, event breakdown, venue access and other production requirements.
What types and sizes of plants are available?
We offer plants in nearly every size you can imagine—from small tabletop succulents to large palms, fiddle-leaf figs and the occasional tree. Availability varies, so we will help select plants that fit the scale, style and logistics of the event.
Can you help us choose the right plants for our venue or event design?
Absolutely. Our team has extensive experience selecting plants for stages, booths, entrances, lounges, registration areas, ceremonies, receptions and other event spaces. We can recommend plant sizes, shapes, groupings, planters and finishing materials based on the venue and visual goals.
What happens if our event schedule or installation time changes?
We are generally very flexible about installation-time changes. Event schedules move, venue access changes and production timelines shift. Let us know as early as possible, and we will work with the updated schedule whenever feasible.
